Assess.

The AI Applicability Assessment. Two to three weeks. Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before we start.

I look at one or two functional areas of your business: your workflows, your documents, where your people's hours actually go. Then I do the part you can't get from a vendor: an honest ranking of where AI pays and where it doesn't.

You walk away with one artifact. A ranked map of the two or three places AI pays in your business, with the dollar and hour value attached to each, what it would realistically cost to build well, and a do-not-bother list for everything that's just noise.

If nothing in your business is worth building, the assessment says that too. You'll have spent a fraction of what the wrong build costs, and you can stop wondering.

A 2-3 week engagement scoped to one or two functional areas. You walk away with a clear map of where AI fits, what's worth building first, what to skip, and what it would realistically cost to do well.

PROOF ARTIFACTS — Assess: This is where sample assessment reports, anonymized deliverables, or past engagement summaries will appear. Visual treatment TBD.

Build.

When the assessment says something is worth building, I build it. Custom tools on your documents, your workflows, your data. Implementation that ships, not a slide deck.

Recent builds that came out of this process:

More of what gets built
  • Customer support and ticket deflection: common questions answered instantly, the rest escalated with full context attached.
  • Customer-facing chat that helps prospects find the right product and routes warm leads to your team.
  • Company handbooks and HR: benefits, policies, and procedures answered without interrupting HR every time.
  • Training and onboarding grounded in your actual documentation, not generic AI guesses.
  • Compliance and SOP retrieval across your QMS and regulatory filings.
  • Standardized team AI workflows: shared tools, prompts, and guardrails with audit trails. Critical in regulated industries.
PROOF ARTIFACTS — Build: This is where Sys10 screenshots, NIH grant tool demos, phone system examples, and other Build proof artifacts will appear. Visual treatment TBD (carousel, grid, video embeds, etc.).

Advise.

After the build, I keep it honest. The system keeps earning, your team learns to run it, and you get a straight answer as the landscape shifts.

Fractional advisor

A monthly retainer for owners and teams who want a calm, honest voice in their corner. What's working, what's drifting, what new claims to ignore. The same judgment as the assessment, applied continuously.

Workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions for leadership teams that need to get smart on AI together. Customized to your industry. No generic slide decks. The core material:

PROOF ARTIFACTS — Advise: Workshop videos, course samples, talk recordings, and other training/advisory proof artifacts will appear here. Visual treatment TBD.

See if the assessment fits.

30 minutes to talk through your business and decide how I can help.

SCAFFOLD NOTE — single-CTA strategy is TBD. Heading, copy, and button label above are placeholders. Final CTA wording and any fallback path (Contact page link, etc.) need decisions before launch.
